Decision

(1)            
The Deputy Director of Legal and Democratic Services
be authorised to complete all legal documentation relating to the
land appropriation for the 2 areas of land which currently fall
outside of the boundary of land previously appropriated by the
Council.

(2)            
The Deputy Director of Legal and Democratic Services
be authorised to undertake all work necessary to prepare a deed of
variation to the Supplementary Compulsory Purchase Order Indemnity
Agreement.
