Decision

(1)            
To grant a lease and service level agreement of up
to seven years to a new operator that has been identified through a
competitive selection process.
 

(2)            
To authorise the Deputy Director Neighbourhoods to
negotiate and finalise the terms of the Service Level Agreement
arising from the above decision and take any other steps necessary
to implement the decision.
 

(3)            
To authorise the Head of Property and Facilities
Management to finalise Heads of Terms for the lease arrangement
arising from the above decision.
 

(4)            
To authorise the Deputy Director Legal and
Democratic Services to complete the necessary legal documentation
arising from the above decisions.
