Decision

(1)            
That the grant of a 10-year lease of land to
Cornerstone Telecommunications
Infrastructure Limited, at Avenue Road Car Park for the
installation of a telecommunications monopole with associated
equipment be approved and the Head of Property and Facilities
Management be authorised to finalise all necessary terms relating
to the installation and other associated agreements, and
 
(2)           
The Deputy Director (Legal and Democratic Services)
be authorised to complete all necessary legal agreements
