The advertised proposals for Plan 1 and Plan 2 be agreed and be
implemented;
the Head of Highways,
Traffic & Infrastructurebe authorised to
make the necessary Traffic Management Orders of (i) above;
and
the objectors and
affected residents be notified of the Cabinet Member’s
decision.
