Shaping to authorise:
 
(1)   The Head of Property in
consultation with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to
finalise all necessary terms for the termination of the lease;
and
(2)   The Deputy Director of
Legal and Democratic Services to undertake all necessary actions
and complete any necessary agreements required to complete
termination of the lease.
