Decision

The
advertised proposals on Plan 1 be agreed and implemented as
advertised.
The
Head of Highways, Traffic & Infrastructure be authorised to
make the necessary Traffic Management Orders of (i) above;
and
The
objectors and affected residents be notified of the Cabinet
Member’s decision.
