Decision

(1)            
To grant a lease to Capita of premises at the Civic
Offices from 13 February 2023 to 31 March 2028 to reflect the terms
set out in the Exempt Appendix and to authorise the Head of
Property to agree the final terms of the lease;
 
          
and,
 
(2)            
To authorise the Deputy Director of Legal and
Democratic Services to undertake all necessary actions and complete
all necessary legal documentation to enable the grant of the lease.
