Approve the replacement boundary wall and
authorise the Deputy Director for Housing and Strategic Planning to
make all appropriate arrangements to implement the
works.
(2)
Authorise the Deputy Director for Housing
and Strategic Planning, in consultation with the Deputy Director
for Legal and Democratic Services, to enter into appropriate
agreements with adjacent landowners to facilitate the works and the
transfer of the maintenance responsibility and structure of the
boundary wall.
