(1)
Approve the renewal of the Collaboration Agreement
until 31 March 2029, or approve the renewal of the Collaboration
Agreement until terminated by one of the Authorities under the
terms of the Agreement, and with the ability for an extension to
cover the length of the new parking services contract which is to
be procured in April 2027.
(2)
Authorise the Deputy Director Neighbourhoods to
negotiate and finalise the terms of the collaboration agreement
with the London Borough of Bromley and relevant
stakeholders.
(3)
Authorise the Deputy Director Legal and Democratic
Services to complete legal documentation arising from the
above.
