Purpose

That the Strategic Director of Environments
& Operations implements a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO)
under the powers set out in the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and
Policing Act 2014. This is to control anti-social behaviour in
Darwen Town Centre and prevent the significant impact of this
behaviour upon the local community.
