Purpose

To approve the awarding and commencement of
the Community Day Care Support Service – Lot 2 (Darwen)
contract to the successful bidder Darwen Old People’s Welfare
Association following completion of the procurement exercise which
was undertaken
through the Authority’s e-procurement portal The Chest.
