(1) 
That the commencement of a competitive tender process in accordance
with the Procurement Rules, be approved to enable new contracts to
be in place by 1st October 2025.
 
(2) 
That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Public
Health to award the final contracts (in line with the budget and
strategy outlined in the report) on completion of the procurement
process.
