(1) 
That the Council’s ongoing commitment to delivering the
Family Hubs and Start for Life programme in collaboration with
communities and families be reaffirmed.
 
(2) 
That the provisional funding allocations eligible for the financial
year 2025/26 be noted.
 
(3) 
That the spend of the grant for 2025/26, as outlined in the report,
be agreed.
 
(4) 
That a further report on the financial sustainability of the Family
Hubs provision will be submitted to the Executive Board prior to
the setting of the Council’s budget for 2026/27.
