Purpose

To seek approval to appoint a Chief Inspector
of Weights and Measures and Inspectors of Weights and Measures as
required.

Content

That the following officers be appointed
within Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for the purposes of
Section 72 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985:
Chief Inspector of Weights and Measures
– Gary Johnston.
Inspectors of Weights and Measures –
Julie Lloyd-Mullen, Jason O’Rourke and Rachel Wilcock.
