RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the timeline for the implementation of the reforms and the
practice changes required both locally and nationally as part of
the reforms be noted.
 
(2) 
That the proposed changes to the staffing structure managed within
the existing financial resources of the Portfolio be noted.
