RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the priorities and aims of the Connect to Work programme for
the financial years 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28 be noted and
supported plus, subject to Local Government Re-organisation,
2028/29 and 2029/30 (with the final year to be confirmed).
 
(2) 
That the Council’s participation in this programme be
approved, as outlined in the report.
 
(3) 
That officers be authorised to make the necessary applications for
grant funding.
 
(4) 
That delegated authority to accept grants and take other necessary
actions (including entering into Grants Agreement) to progress the
Council’s participation in this programme be granted to the
Strategic Director of Children and Education, in consultation the
Executive Member for Children, Young People and Education.
