RESOLVED
 
(1)  That the
proposed development, for a scheme of 80 new homes of mixed tenure
and type on the Griffin phase 2 site by Great Places and McDermott
Homes, be noted.

 
(2) 
That subject to the terms as set out in the report,
the disposal of the Council Site to Great Places/McDermott Homes,
be approved
 
(3)  That the
Growth Programme Director be granted delegated authority, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Growth and Development,
to finalise the grant support payment to the developer as set out
in the part 2 report.
 
(4)
That the Growth Programme Director be authorised, in
liaison with the Deputy Director of Legal and Governance, to
finalise and complete the legal agreement for the
disposal.
