RESOLVED

 

(1) 
That it be noted that the Council’s overall
capital funding allocation from the Local Transport Grant Fund
awarded by the Department for Transport to the Lancashire Combined
County Authority for 2026/27 was £15,067,307.
 

(2) 
That it be noted that the Council’s capital
funding allocation from the Bus Services Grant awarded by the
Department for Transport to the Lancashire Combined County
Authority for 2026/27 was £2,451,531.
 

(3) 
That it be approved that the Department for
Transport 2026/27 Local Transport Grant be added to the
Council’s Highway Capital Programme.
 

(4) 
That the Highway Capital Programme for 2026/27, as
set out in this report be approved.
 

(5) 
That the Strategic Director of Growth and
Development be granted delegated authority, in consultation with
the Executive Member for Growth and Development, to amend, seek and
accept tenders subject to adequate budget provision.
