RESOLVED
 

(1) 
That the delivery plans of the Crisis and Resilience
Fund, as outlined in the report, be approved
 

(2) 
That the Crisis support element, to start 1st April
2026, be approved
 

(3) 
That the use of the allocation portion of the fund
for the Housing Payments Scheme, replacing the former Discretionary
Housing Payments, be approved.
