Delegated Officer Decision taken by:
The Strategic Director of Adults and Health in
consultation with Executive Member;
Awarded two contracts for the delivery of
Extra Care across 5 Extra
Care housing schemes following the recent
procurement and tender exercise.
And to conclude any agreements necessary to
facilitate the recommendations which included:
• Remodelling the Extra Care portfolio in
Blackburn with Darwen
• Decommissioning 3 extra care
schemes 
• Reprocuring the care within the 5
remaining schemes
