Decision

RESOLVED:

1)    That the adoption and implementation of the highway enforcement policy 2026, as attached as Appendix A, be approved.

2)    That the adoption and implementation of the trade display policy 2026, as attached as Appendix B, be approved.

3)    That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director of Growth & Development, in accordance with the Executive Member for Growth & Development, to incorporate minor amendments to the policies and for any amendments to be published online before implementation.
