Waive the Contract Procurement Procedure Rules and extend the
current contract with Allcare Nurses
Agency Ltd, for a period of one year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March
2025 (as per the option detailed in the contract entered into on 1 April 2023).
 

·      
Accept the increased hourly rate for the provision of services from
£19.50 per hour to £22.00 per hour as advised by
Allcare services.
