Purpose
Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care
Board (L&SC ICB) have agreed to commission Blackpool Teaching
Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHT) to expand the Blackpool
Parent Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) into Blackburn with
Darwen (BwD), through a hub and spoke model. This model will
involve a small satellite team of two parent-infant therapists
working under Blackpool PAIRS but integrated with BwD services and
hosted in BwD Family Hubs

Care Board to support the expansion of Blackpool Parent Infant
Relationship service into Blackburn with Darwen Family hubs.
