Decision

1. 1              The Executive resolved as follows:
2. To agree that Appendices 8a to 8e to the Executive report, are not for publication by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. It is considered on balance that the public interest would not be served by publishing information at this stage as this information would undermine the Council’s position in future negotiations.
3. To agree the disposal of the properties listed in Appendix 8a, to the Executive report - Business Case (EXEMPT).
4. To delegate authority to the Chief Executive after consultation with the Leader of the Council to agree the final terms of disposal of individual sites.
5. To authorise the Head of Legal Services to enter into any contracts as may be required.
6. To note that reports will be sent periodically to the Executive on progress of disposal and achievement against financial targets.
