Employee Appeals Committee

The Employee Appeals Committee considers and decides on appeals made by employees against dismissals related to employment procedures, such as disciplinary or capability issues. This committee's work is confidential and meetings are infrequent, only occurring when an appeal hearing is necessary. The Senior Management Team is excluded from this appeals process.
