RESOLVED that 1) the decision to award a 5-year contract (2+1+1+1) for the electrical maintenance, upgrade, inspection, and testing of void properties

owned by the Council, be approved,

2) delegated authority to the Assistant Director Housing, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, be approved, to enter into the contract .
