Decision

RESOLVED that 1) the commencement of a competitive procurement exercise for cleaning and maintenance operative services for Pleasley Vale Business Park and The Tangent, be approved,

2) the inclusion of flexibility when procuring the

maintenance operative to allow use at other BDC corporate sites, be approved,

3) the procurement be structured in separate lots for cleaning and maintenance operative services, with the option for one provider to be awarded both lots where this achieved the highest scoring outcome,

4) a further report be brought to Executive for approval to award the contract in accordance with the Council’s Constitution.
