Decision

RESOLVED that the Strategic Director for Economic Growth is given delegated authority to appoint the preferred supplier and to enter into a contract agreement, to be drafted and issued by Legal Services. The delegation would extend to include the appointment of the second supplier on the shortlist if for any reason contracts were not agreed with the preferred supplier.
