Purpose

Tricuro is the council's adult social care
trading company and is required to produce a business plan for
approval by the shareholder. This report sets out the strategic
business plan for the company, aligned to adult social care
priorities.

RESOLVED that
Cabinet approved the Tricuro Strategic
Business Plan, a copy of which is attached at Appendix 1.

years, The Council has reserved the right for Cabinet to approve
the business plan.
