To seek approval to make and seal the Traffic
Regulation Orders after the statutory consultation with the
public.

RESOLVED that Cabinet
approved the making and sealing of the Traffic Order and that the
restrictions outlined in Appendix 1 of the report be
implemented.

Reason

The transfer or allocation of Tricuro shares is a reserved matter, under the
Shareholder Agreement and therefore requires Cabinet approval. The
result of this decision would be for BCP Council to be the single
shareholder in Tricuro.
