To implement the Department for Transport (DfT) authorised
trial allowing BCP Council to issue Penalty Charge Notices
(PCN’s), and associated additional charges, at a higher rate
in the area of BCP Council shown in Diagram 1 below between 1
August 2025 and 31 August 2025 (inclusive).
