Purpose

To consider the draft budget, medium term
financial plan and capital strategy for 2025-26

Decision

RESOLVED that the draft capital and revenue budget estimates, the
draft medium term financial plan and the draft capital stratefy are
reviewed and feedback provided, in preperation for the final budget
setting in February 2025.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with budgetary and policy framework
and allow consultation with Members and the public.

Alternative options considered
