To acquire an investment
property in Thetford following the allocation of £1.3m from
the capital receipts reserves at Full Council on 17th
October 2024.

Reasons for the decision

To invest in a commercial
property in Thetford to generate an annual gross return of
£105k which would contribute towards the Evolve
Programme.

Alternative options considered

Not invest in this property and
find an alternative property investment.
