Purpose

Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions
secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 10th December 2019
in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O

Decision

Breckland Council
authorises the release of £6500.00 to Watton Sports Centre
from open space and recreation contribution held by the Council in
accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 10th December 2019,
in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O, for the
refurbishment of the reception public toilets at the Watton Sports
Centre, Dereham Road, Watton. (The toilets are free to use and be
used by Park Runners, Dog Walkers, Users of the Children’s
Play Park and Casual visitors to the Sports Centre and Loch
Neaton).
