Purpose

To secure professional tax
advice for Breckland District Council and for other local
authorities in Norfolk.

Decision

Following the procurement
process and evaluation, the Council has decided to award the
contract for tax advice under both Lots (“VAT and Employment
Taxes” and “Company Taxation”) to Lavat Consulting Limited t/a PSTAX for a period of
3 years from 1st April 2025, with the possibility of a
further extension for 2 years.
