Authorisation to Release Funds from the VE & VJ Day 80 Grant Scheme

Decision

That the VE & VJ Day 80 Grant Awards, as listed on the attached report, totalling £11,000 be approved (VE & VJ Day 80 Community Grants (fixed awards £250 per group).

Reasons for the decision

These applications are for one-off commemorative events, for the purpose of celebrating and reflecting on the 80th Anniversary of VE & VJ Day. All events are inclusive to the community.
