Authorisation to release funds from the Spark Fund - March
2025

Decision

That the following spark fund grant award
totalling £500 is approved:
 
North Tuddenham
Community Association
To facilitate once monthly meetings at the
village hall, organised by the Parish Council & The Community
Association. The village is divided by the A47, small groups within
the village do not integrate with other creating isolated
communities with the village. This project will bring people
together and combat isolation and loneliness, especially amongst
the elderly and their carers.
 
We will welcome all, including new residents,
single people working from home, those who don’t drive and
young mothers. There will also be information about the opportunity
to become involved in volunteering activities organised by the
Parish council. The Parish Council has a fully insured, properly
organised, DBS checked, voluntary transport service for those who
otherwise cannot attend the meetings.
