Purpose

Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions
secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 10th December 2019
in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of
£88,657.50 to Watton Sports & Recreational Centre from
open space and recreation contribution held by the Council in
accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 10th
December 2019, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O,
for the additional funding that is required to implement the Watton
Skate Park.

Reasons for the decision

This work is consistent with the requirements
within the S106 Agreement as detailed in the report
attached 
 
It is recommended that delegated authority is
granted to release £88,657.50 from the Off Site Outdoor
Sports Contribution held by the Council in accordance with S106
Agreement dated 10th December 2019 under planning
application 3PL/2018/0952/O for this project.

Alternative options considered
