grant funding of £150,000 from One Public Estate (OPE) Phase
10 on the Thetford Riverside Regeneration Programme.

Reasons for the decision

The regeneration of
the riverside area in Thetford is one of the key building blocks of
the Council’s adopted Delivery Plan for Thetford (part of the
Future Breckland activity). The grant is to support the development
of a regeneration scheme for the sites identified in the plan
(Minstergate and Riversdale) including an assessment of the
feasibility of developing schemes on the sites, design development
and securing planning.
