Purpose

To consider entering into a
Wayleave Agreement with Openreach to provide increased broadband
capacity to the surrounding area.
 

Decision

To agree to enter into a
Wayleave Agreement with Open Reach on Elizabeth Watling Close,
Thetford.

Reasons for the decision

Entering into the proposed Wayleave Agreement
will allow Openreach to place approximately 15 metres of
underground duct and cables that will increase the broadband
capacity in the area.

Alternative options considered

1)    
To agree to enter into the Wayleave Agreement.

2)    
Do nothing.
