Deed of Easement at Cherry Tree Car Park,
Dereham

Decision

To enter into a Deed of Easement with Theatre
Royal Surgery, Dereham, granting them rights to construct and
maintain a soakaway within the boundaries of the Council owned car
park.

Reasons for the decision

The soakaway will be used to facilitate
surface water drainage from the Surgery’s property in
connection with their recent extension proposals. Entering into the
Deed of Easement will also provide a revenue receipt for the
Council.
