Business Rates payment variation

Decision

It has been decided to agree to
the full 12 months rate relief requested applicable upon occupation
of the new premises at Snetterton Business Park once built and
subject to consolidation of all operations into this new single
premises at Snetterton.

Reasons for the decision

The move is designed to support business
expansion to Snetterton Business Park, to retain skilled staff, and
strengthen connections with local suppliers. The newly constructed
premises will provide sufficient space to accommodate future
growth, create new jobs, and enable the development of a dedicated
in-house training centre.
 

Alternative options considered

To offer less than 12 months rate relief.

Not to offer any rate relief beyond the minimum
