Rural England Prosperity Fund Grant Programme

Decision

In line with DEFRA's guidance, and as published in the
Delegated Decision Record (dated 19 May 2025) Breckland’s
plan for spending this allocation is through a Grants scheme,
focused on support for local businesses and communities.
 
 As such, the
following grants have been agreed:

Open Road Norfolk Trust, Thetford – Training Centre equipment
(£5,000)

Empanda Care & Support Centre Ltd
CIC, Attleborough – Building expansion (£5,000)

Croxton Parish Council – Play Equipment (£5,000)

Harling Parish Council – Garden provisions (£1,000)

Keystone Trust, Thetford – Equipment for community hub

Reasons for the decision

Breckland has received an allocation of
£312,473 Capital spend, from the Rural England Prosperity
Fund (REPF), which must be utilised by the end of the fiscal year
2025-26.
