Local Discretionary Rate Relief

Decision

The Council has
decided to partially approve an application for business rates
relief up to the value of £27,583. The application pertains
to a business relocating to Snetterton. This award is subject to
the conditions set out in the offer letter.
 

Reasons for the decision

The move is designed
to support business expansion to Snetterton, to strengthen
connections with local suppliers and enable them to bring
manufacturing of all furniture in-house. These
premises will provide sufficient space to accommodate future growth
and create new jobs.
