Decision

1)   
That the building is not listed for the following reasons as stated
in the report (attached); and
 
2)   
That the building be added to the Council’s register of
unsuccessful nominations.
 

Reasons for the decision

Based on the information
provided in the nomination it is considered that the Mermaid Inn,
Church Street, Elsing, Norfolk, NR20 3EA does not meet the legal
tests set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.
