Authorisation to release
funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal
Agreement dated 8th September 2014 and Deed of Variation
dated 11th September 2015 in relation to Planning
Permission 3PL/2014/0244/F & 3PL/2015/0001/F.

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of
£6630.90 to Weeting Parish Council from children’s play
contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106
Agreement dated 8th September 2014 and Deed of Variation
dated 11th September 2015, in relation to Planning
Permission 3PL/2014/0244/F and 3PL/2015/0001/F, for an Inclusive
Roundabout for disabled children at the Play Area, Saxon Place,
Weeting.
