Purpose

Following a 6 week public consultation which
finished on 6th March 2024, it is recommended that the Council
adopt the document as a supplementary planning document.

Decision

RESOLVED that:
 

1)   
The Breckland Landscape and Settlement Character
Assessment and Breckland Design Guide be adopted as Supplementary
Planning Documents in Appendix A & B 2.
 

2)   
Delegated authority is given to the Deputy Chief
Executive, in consultation with the Executive Member for Strategic
& Operational Planning, to agree minor changes to the document
as required.
