Cllr Helen Crane, Executive Member for Waste, Environmental
Health, Licensing and Sustainability intends to make a key decision
in respect of the above matter under Rule 12 of the Access to
Information Procedure Rules.

Solar PV Roof Installation: Decision to implement recommendation 2
from the attached report dated 2 November 2023:
 
To delegate authority to accept
the terms and conditions of any future grant funding secured to
Executive Member for Waste, Environmental Health, Licensing and
Sustainability in consultation with the Executive Director as
officers continue to explore all funding opportunities.
 
This was approved at the Full
Council meeting on 2 November 2023 and Officers have applied and
have been successful in an external funding award
process.
