Purpose

Authorisation to release
funding to Watton Town Council who wishes to spend £86,924.03
of the funds held on the refurbishment of Lovell Gardens Play Area, Norwich Road,
Watton (see full report
attached).  It was secured under Section
106 Agreement dated 22nd April 2008 in relation to
Planning Permission 3PL/2007/0262/O.

Decision

To release £86,924.03 to Watton Town Council for the
refurbishment of the Lovell Gardens Play Area, Norwich Road,
Watton.

Reasons for the decision

This work is consistent with the requirements
within the S106 Agreement as detailed in the attached
report. 
 
It is recommended that delegated authority is
granted to release £86,924.03 from the Recreation
Contributions held by the Council in accordance with S106 Agreement
dated 22nd April 2008 under planning application
3PL/2007/0262/O for the refurbishment of Lovell Garden Play
Area.
