Purpose

Authorisation to release
funding to East Harling Parish Council for the creation of further
allotment plots & installation of new water supply, at the
Allotments, Garboldisham Road, East Harling (see full report
attached).  It was secured under Section
106 Agreement dated 15th April 2014 in relation to
Planning Permission 3PL/2013/1006/F.

Decision

To release £3665.00 to
East Harling Parish Council for works to the allotments at
garboldisham Road, East Harling (see full report
